Our Land Discovery Mapping System helps find available homesites for your client where they want to live – including information about targeted areas, schools, shopping and more.
Our web site is available 24 hours a day and has been specially designed for your client. Here they can take virtual tours of kitchens and exteriors. They can visit our Fitting Room in the privacy of their home – a virtual dressing room to try on colors and options for their new home. They can even email their friends and family their floorplan and color selections.
Don’t forget our Client Registration. Protect your commission by filling out a Broker Co-op & Client Registration Form when you bring your client to our Design Center or Community for the first time. Fill out a separate form for each client in each community to receive special incentives and commissions.
